Run a Quick Export

Quick exports in PowerSchool will provide you with student data from the Students or Teachers table.

To run a Quick Export:

  1. Log into
  2. Make a selection for the students or staff that you want to export.
  3. Click Export from the Functions menu on the left.
  4. Check that the number of students selected match the intended group you want to export.
  5. Change Record Delimiter to LF.
  6. Click Fields to select fields for export. Email if you are unsure which fields to use.
  7. Click Submit. A text file will be downloaded. To view the export data, right click or double click on the downloaded file and Open With Excel, CSV, or another spreadsheet software.
