Share 911: Set Up Account on Laptop

Share 911 allows you to share your status and location with our Academic Deans in case of a school emergency. To make sure you are able to communicate via Share 911, you will need to set up the following on both your laptop and mobile devices:

Laptop

Download desktop app

1. Go to www.share911.com and log in. If you have not yet created an account, find Shannon Donahue's invitation email to log in.
2. Click on your name in the top right.
3. Click Update My Profile.
4. Checkmark Enable Desktop PopUps.
   
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Click on your name in the top right.
7. Click Download Desktop App. Run installer and log in.
   

Set up "Favorite Location"

1. Go to www.share911.com and log in.
2. Click on your name in the top right.
3. Click Update My Profile.
4. Click My Channels.
5. At the bottom, pick your most commonly used offices and rooms.
   
6. Click Save Changes.
