1. Log in to one of our FollowMe-Printers on campus:
2. Click on Use Copier Functions:
3. Click on DMS Link:
4. Your email address should show up as the destination email. Click on Next to continue:
5. The printer automatically sets default scan settings (monochrome, pdf format, one-sided). If you want to change any of these settings, click on the buttons to change them:
6. When you're ready to scan, insert your paper into the document feeder (at the top) or the flatbed scanner (lift the lid):
7. Press Scan to begin scanning:
The document will now be scanned and sent to your email.
