Now that you have created a sign up sheet, you will need to share your link with students, faculty and/or parents.
- Retrieve your link by going to Calendly.com.
- Click on Event Types.
- Your sign up link will be listed in blue text below Calendly Link. Click on the gear button to the right and click Copy Link.
- Post the link somewhere visible to your target audience.
For students, that can be on your Schoology page and in your Course Information Sheet. For parents or colleagues, that can be in your email signature.
- Whenever someone schedules a meeting, you will receive a confirmation email and your Google calendar will also automatically update.
