Calendly: Add a Time Interval

In the case that you cannot meet with parents for a continuous block of time, you may want to set your appointments up in time intervals.

1. Login at Calendly.com.
2. Click on Event Types.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the gear button that corresponds with the event you want to change. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click Edit.  
5. Choose the day you want to add an extra time interval for and click Edit.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Add another time interval.  
   If you want to apply these changes to other days, click Apply to and select the desired days.
   
   
   
   Note: To delete a time interval, hover over the right of the interval and click the light gray x that appears. 
   
   
   
   
7. Scroll to the bottom and Save changes.
