Email Students and Parents by Group

While both PowerSchool and Schoology has an internal messaging system, some teachers may prefer to host all communication through Gmail or be able to access a direct list of student and parent emails. This tutorial will show you how to:

1. Set up a survey for students to input their information into GoogleForm (0:00-3:06)

2. Retrieve and organize students in GoogleSpreadsheet (3:07-3:57)

3. Build contact groups within Gmail (3:58-5:23) and

4. Email groups using Bcc (5:24-6:18).
