Student Posting Guidelines

Ad campaign slots are available for you to advertise for an O'Dowd class, club event, meeting, etc. In order to post to the O'Dowd digital signage, you must adhere to the following steps:

  1. Create posting using these specific slide creation guidelines.
  2. Send slide to club moderator or teacher for approval.
  3. An O'Dowd faculty member must submit your request to digitalsignage@bishopodowd.org at least 2 days before the first posting date. This email must include the day of posting and an attachment of the slide (jpg or png).

    Ex: To post on Oct. 17th, a faculty member needs to submit the approved slide by Oct. 15th.

Please note that if you do not adhere to the rules above, your posting may not be scheduled to play by the requested week.
