Download the Signature Template:
- Click here to download the signature .zip file.
- Once downloaded, locate the file in your "Downloads" folder or wherever your downloads are saved.

Unzip the File:
- Right-click on the downloaded .zip file and choose "Extract All" or simply double-click the file to open it.
- Extract or drag the contents to a location on your computer (e.g., your Desktop).

Open the Signature File in a Browser:
- Locate the file named
odowd-email-signature-template.html
in the extracted folder. - Right-click the file and choose "Open with" > select your preferred web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).

Copy the Signature Template:
- In the browser, press Ctrl + A (Windows) or Cmd + A (Mac) to select all content.
- Then press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac) to copy the content to your clipboard.

Open Gmail Settings:
- Open your Gmail account in a web browser.
- In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon ⚙️ to open settings, and then click "See all settings."

Navigate to the Signature Section:
- In the "General" tab of Gmail settings, scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click "Create new" to create a new signature.

Paste the Signature Content:
- In the signature editing box, click inside the text area.
- Press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac) to paste the signature content you copied.
- Replace the placeholder content including the email link, removing any information that does not apply to you.

Save Changes:
- Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click "Save Changes."

Test Your Signature:
- Compose a new email in Gmail to verify that your new signature appears correctly at the bottom of your emails.
