Problem:

You need to submit an audio file to a discussion board in Schoology, so you click here:

But you get an error message like this:

Follow these steps to fix it (hopefully):

Go to the About Google Chrome page:

If you need to update Chrome, it will start updating automatically:

When it's done updating, you will need to relaunch Chome:

Then, when Chrome relaunches, change some settings.

Go back to the Discussion Board, and at the address bar in Chrome, click on the green padlock icon and click on Site settings:

Change the site settings to Allow things like Flash, Popups, Ads, Microphone, JavaScript, and Camera:

Then go back to the Discussion Board page in Schoology and reload the page:

Then, try again.

Click on the microphone icon:

Now click on the Audio tool:

Now, click to Allow and also click on Remember, then click Close:

Now, it should work.
