Getting the "Error 403: app_not_enabled_for_user" message? If you have trouble joining your teacher's Zoom meeting:
- Open the downloaded Zoom app and log out.
- Go to Google and sign out of all Gmail accounts on your browser.
- Quit out of your browser completely. Mac users can click Chrome in the upper left, then click Quit Google Chrome. Windows users should click the X in the upper right corner to close out all instances of the browser.
- Restart your computer.
- Open your Chrome browser back up and sign into Schoology to access the Zoom link on the course's Schoology page.
- When the Zoom meeting launches, you may be prompted to select your O'Dowd Google account.
- If, after trying the steps above, you are still unable to join, try joining Zoom from another browser.
