Follow these steps to streamline getting your sub prepared:
- Submit your absence to this form.
- Plan your lessons for the sub using this Google Doc, creating one form for each period you are gone. Unless you have arranged this ahead of time, do not plan for an assessment on the date(s) of your absence.
- Post any and all materials to Schoology, clearly labeling them for your students. We recommend putting all materials in one folder and putting that folder at the top of your page.
- Email Charemon Cooks (firstname.lastname@example.org) with all copies of your lesson plans and proof that you have published your materials on Schoology (if applicable).
Note: If you do not have a physical copy of the seating chart in your classrooms' binders, create PDF documents and email them to Charemon as well.
