Forms: Send Forms Out For Completion

When you want students or other faculty members to complete a Google Form, it can be confusing: You do not "share" the form for completion, you "send" it. Follow the directions below to send your Google Form out for completion, either through an email or by link:

  1. In the Google Form, click the Send button in the top right corner of the window.
  2. To email the form to certain people or groups:
       a. Type in the people or group.
       b. Optional: Check to include the form in the email.
       c. Click Send.
  3. To find the link to share:
       a. Click the link symbol.
       b. Optional: Check the box to shorten the URL.
       c. Click Copy.
       d. Paste the link where necessary.
