Submit Work: Use a Google Drive Share Link

If your file size is too large to upload directly to Schoology, upload your file to Google Drive first and submit your assignment using the share link from Google Drive.

Upload the File to Google Drive

1. On your computer, go to drive.google.com. 
2. At the top left, click New +
3. Upload a file.

Share and Copy Link

1. Click More actions which is the button with the three dots next to your uploaded file.

   

2. Click Share.
   
    
3. Changing the access to Anyone with the link should be okay when submitting your assignment directly to your teacher in Schoology. Select if the user with the shared link will be a Viewer, Commenter, or Editor. 
4. Click Copy link.
5. Click Done.

Submit Share Link to Schoology

1. Open the assignment in Schoology.
2. Click Create.
3. Paste the link into the text box field.
4. Click Submit.
