When do you share a form?
In Google Drive, the concept of "sharing" is typically used when you want to collaborate on the creation of the Google Form with another individual, not when you want them to fill the form out. You have options of adding them as an editor or transferring ownership so they can make changes to the structure of the form.
- In the upper right corner, click the icon with 3 vertical dots captioned as "More".
- Click Add Collaborators.
- Enter the email of the person you want to edit the Form with.
- Click Send.
When do you send a form?
You will want to "Send" a Google Form when the creation of the form has been finalized and you are ready to collect responses. Click here for instructions on how to send a form for completion.
